I root for women leaders dying to come out. I root for youth searching for the courage to bring their true selves to this world.

It angers me when I see a woman not taking a stand for her big beliefs and not living her truth because of fear of what others think and say. It saddens me when she doesn’t feel worthy to lead or to design the life she dreams of.

I need young girls and women all over the world to win, especially women of color, and other marginalized, oppressed groups who struggle to find personal worthiness to lead their own spirit-driven movements.

So, to instigate these changes, I video blog about courage and business building. I speak to groups of women about how to tap into their courage and power, and why not tapping into that courage is a matter of life or death. I host events and other opportunities to connect people who want to play a bigger game and have a greater impact in life by becoming stronger in their business and in their life.

I was born and raised in San Francisco and this is what I stand for.
